MISSION
The Center for Teaching & Learning's mission is to provide support and resources to the MWCC academic community in all areas of teaching, learning, and technology integration. Our primary purpose is to help our faculty members improve student learning by developing teaching strategies to evoke active learning and critical thinking while creating effective ways to integrate technology to enhance the teaching and learning process.
The CTL staff is dedicated to providing the services, resources, and support necessary to assist individuals, departments, and programs to design and implement meaningful learning opportunities and to facilitate ongoing reflective conversations regarding teaching, learning, and the integration of technology. The Center fosters creativity, innovation, collaboration, collegiality, and scholarship through a broad range of programs, services, and resources.
VISION

To facilitate this endeavor, the center will offer seminars, workshops, one-on-one consultation, classroom observations, orientation sessions, and instructional resources.
